Shipping Methods, Costs and Policies

In the Continental USA and Canada, any order over $39 qualifies for FREE shipping. Any order under $39 is subject to a small $3.95 s&h charge within the continental USA.

• Hawaii, Alaska, Peurto Rico and Virgin Islands cost $17 for air shipping.
• International shipping is $25 and all Customs duties are the responsibility of the receiver, we will not be held responsible for any Customs duties.
• All AE, APO, AP, or FPO military address orders are shipped via regular post.

On average, credit card orders are shipped the same day, or the morning following the receipt of your order. All orders received after 2:00 PM EST Friday and orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Monday morning. 

We ship United Parcel Service and Federal Express. The package is insured and is trackable using our integrated online tracking system on our website. An express courier upgrade option is offered (when available) for an extra fee.

Usually orders are shipped FEDEX Ground Service and should arrive between 3 to 6 business days from the order date. Please remember, once an order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival, but we will do everything we can to help you get your order to you fast.
