Order Cancellations

Note: Our advice to you as a customer is to make sure you understand what you are ordering and are sure you want to order it from us. if there is ANY confusion about what products we carry, the types of products we carry, or anything else, please fell free to contact us toll free at 1-888-661-9224.

There are two main reasons an order is cancelled. The first is that we are unable to verify cardholder information. The second is an order that has been cancelled by the customer.

Order is cancelled by us:

If an order is over a certain amount, we verify the order by contacting you by phone - if the phone number is not valid or not yours we immediately cancel the order. If we receive an answering machine we will leave a message and follow up by email. If you do not return our message in 5 days, we cancel the order.

Order is cancelled by the customer:

If an order is cancelled by the customer, it will fall into 1 of 3 categories

1. The order is cancelled before processing and shipping

In this situation, the customer is not billed, the order is not shipped, and we hope to be able to provide solutions for you in the future.

2. The order is cancelled after processing but before shipping

We process previous days orders between 10am and 12am EST. If you placed your order the previous day, and decide to cancel it for whatever reason, we have already processed it and have incurred costs associated with that order. The order will not be shipped, you will be refunded and charged a $5 cancellation fee.

3. The order is cancelled after processing and after shipping.

When the package arrives, return it to sender. We will not be responsible for any duties charged if the package comes from out of the country. You will be charged $5 - shipping charges have already been paid by us and are not recoverable.

Order cancellations are well within your right as a consumer, however we do incur costs in the process. Our advice is to make sure you understand what you are ordering, and are sure you wish to order it.
